Height

The Neem Tree, scientifically known as Azadirachta indica, is a fast-growing evergreen tree native to the Indian subcontinent and widely cultivated throughout tropical and subtropical regions. It typically grows to an average height of 10–15 m, though mature trees can reach up to 20 m. Neem is valued both for its shade-providing form and its extensive medicinal uses.

The tree has a straight, sturdy trunk with a dense, spreading crown of pinnate leaves. Each leaf is composed of 20–31 dark green leaflets measuring about 2–3 cm long and 1–2 cm wide. During the flowering season, the Neem Tree produces clusters of small, white, fragrant flowers, followed by yellowish-green, olive-like fruits. For centuries, various parts of the tree—including its leaves, bark, seeds, and oil—have been used in traditional medicine to treat skin conditions, digestive problems, infections, and other ailments.
